Timothy Lam: American Badminton Star

Timothy Lam, also known as Lin Enxie, is a renowned figure in the world of badminton.
He was first introduced to the sport at the age of six and began training at the California Badminton Academy at 11.


In 2014, Lam won the Pan American Youth Badminton Championships in both the mixed team and men’s singles categories, securing the first place in these events. Additionally, he achieved second place in men’s doubles and third place in mixed doubles.


Towards the end of 2019, Lam claimed his first international senior title at the Zambia International Badminton Tournament.


Lam made his Olympic debut at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.


He is the champion of the 2019 Zambia International Badminton Tournament in men’s singles.


He also won the mixed team and men’s singles championships at the 2014 Pan American Youth Badminton Championships.
